Those young men who want to shape their career as a choreographer, first of all, should know the details of this field. There are two different dimensions of this field. (a) Fashion Choreography. (b) Dance Choreography.

Today, Fashion choreography is a big craze amongst the youth along with Dance choreography. Production-shows, Designer's show, Fashion competition such as Miss/Mr. City, Miss India, Miss World, Miss Universe etc. come under flag of  Fashion choreography.

Choreographer plays a significant role in success of any of these shows. Knowing the theme is very important for show. Selection of appropriate time-frame, songs, music as well as steps, dresses and accessories is done by choreographer according to theme. So also selection of Models is done by choreographer.

Dance choreography is totally different from Fashion choreography as per the technical aspects. In film/album songs and stage-show, Dance choreography has its own contribution. Dance choreography can be divided in two categories--first is Stage Dance Choreography and second is films/album songs choreography.

With out experience you can't get success in this field; and for experience you need a long spell of dancing as stage dancer.

Now-a-days, choreography is looked upon a respectful profession and it can become a better alternate for youth. Choreographer can earn Rs.15,000/- to 50,000/- and more for a single opportunity or a programme.
